We have a two night minimum stay requirement on the weekends.

Weekend reservations for May and October will be invoiced at the time the reservation is confirmed and is non-refundable.

Please read our weekend cancellation, smoking and animal policy, below.

Your advanced reservation may be secured using a credit card. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for weekend stays. A one-nights fee will be charged for any cancellations made within this period. No refunds will be made for early departures. Payment in full is required upon arrival.

The Black Walnut Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in our outside smoking areas. A $75 cleaning charge will be billed for any rooms smoked in.

We have one room at our Inn that can accomidate a small dog or a cat. If you visit our Inn with your pet, you must attend it at all times. It is not permissable to leave your pet in the room, unless you are on the property. You will be responsible for replacement or repair of any furnishings damaged by your pet. There will be a $50 minimum charge if your pet's stay requires unusal clean up effort.
